AI readiness review
A review of current practice, policy, staff readiness, and tool options, followed by a written twelve-month roadmap. The district's technology staff handles network infrastructure evaluation.
AI materials review
A written review of AI-generated instructional materials: what they ask students to do, whether that work serves the learning goal, and where revision is needed.
Student performance baseline
A starting measure of independent student performance and a survey of AI use in the school, repeated annually to track change. The school receives the instrument and written report. Changes over time do not, by themselves, establish what caused them.
Leadership advisory retainer
Continuing support for leaders working through AI implementation, policy, tool selection, and questions that arise during the year.
